Insurance coverage and benefit coordination are the patient’s responsibility. As a courtesy, we submit claims on your behalf and can provide pre-treatment estimates upon request. We are in-network with select BlueCross BlueShield and Delta Dental plans. Please confirm your coverage with your insurer prior to treatment. For plans with out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to submit claims for you.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $75 fee billed to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Deposits are based on your insurance benefits, pre-treatment estimates, office fees, or membership plan pricing. A deposit is required to begin major procedures or cosmetic treatments. Please note that deposit amounts are estimates only and are not a guarantee of insurance coverage or final benefits.

Patient forms are available to complete online prior to your visit. All required forms must be submitted before your first new patient appointment. If you are unable to complete them in advance, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure they are finished before your appointment begins.

We offer complimentary, reserved on-site parking and convenient accessibility for all patients. Our office is open Monday through Friday, with select Saturday appointments available. We are conveniently located at 115 Thoreau Street.

Diagnostic X-rays are routinely recommended to ensure safe and effective treatment. While patients may decline X-rays by signing an informed refusal, repeated refusal may limit our ability to meet the standard of care and could result in discontinuation of the dentist–patient relationship. 

We understand that unexpected delays can happen and offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure timely care for all patients, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Our office will send appointment confirmations and scheduling updates by text message. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP to our number. We only use text messaging for appointment confirmations, scheduling purposes, and reminders.

Statements are mailed weekly and based on the timing of insurance claim processing. Payment is typically due within two weeks of the statement date. Balances remaining unpaid after 30 days may be subject to late fees.
